In fact, it has been found that a hot tub will increase the occupancy rate at a holiday let from an average of 60% per annum to 80% per annum. Having a hot tub also increases the average weekly rental charges for accommodation by a minimum of £100 per week.

A&E Nichols is an independent furniture retail store supplying beds, bedroom furniture, hardware, cookware and general household goods in Fishguard since 1908 and by the 4th generation of the Nichols family. We supply good quality merchandise and have a simple ethos “If it’s not in stock we can probably get it!” Often described the shop as an Aladdin’s cave, we sell hardware, cookware, household goods, also beds, bedroom furniture, rugs, mirrors and bedroom accessories, and agents for shoe and sewing machine repairs.
