The Sunny Retreat Cottage can sleep up to four people in three bedrooms,  plus another four in two very comfortable sofa beds in the large Cottage open living room space.  There is also a very large deck overlooking your personal 1/3rd acre garden. This is a perfect location for self-catering retreats & workshops of all kinds with farm land all around and a view of the sea. Children, pets, minorities, LGBT are all welcome.  The walls in the Cottage are all three feet thick giving a magical or even “Hansel and Grettel” feeling. The Cottage has wonderful views from inside and out on the large deck.  There is one large main bathroom on the ground floor.

The Old Rectory can sleep up to 18 people in six bedrooms, with two large living rooms (each with double sofa beds) and a 2/3rd acre of garden to yourselves. This is a perfect location for self-catering retreats and workshops of all kinds with farm land all around and a view of the sea. Children, pets, minorities, LGBT are all welcome. 

Enjoy this generous space with a Georgian dining room which seats up to 24. In the kitchen area there is a second table that seats five. All Bedrooms greet the morning sun and overlook the bay, mountain garden, and the pristine rolling landscape beyond. The Rectory also has five bathrooms including two en-suites.

The recently renovated school house, built originally c 1850 has a fascinating history.  It now contains two double bedrooms, one twin and one family room and a large TV lounge/dining room with wonderful old beams. Fully-equipped kitchen. Outside patio with BBQ and garden furniture.  There is free parking for one car, and dogs are welcome.

This property is conveniently close to the town centre and an ideal place to access the world famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Preseli Hills or take part in the frequent music festivals for which Fishguard is famous. This is a great place to stay for all kinds of coastal adventure, including dolphin watching, kayaking and coasteering.
