Our staff are all local, know the area and have first-hand experience of the properties, ensuring that your property and the area will be totally suitable for you. Town houses, farmhouses, traditional cottages, bungalows and apartments, all in and within a few miles of Fishguard, with many enjoying glorious sea views across Fishguard Bay or Lower Town harbour.
Y Bwthyn Bach
Y Bwthyn Bach is set under the Preseli hills, hidden in a stunning six-acre garden in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, beyond the garden it faces the hillside and moorland of Garn Fawr.
This romantic barn conversion is the perfect place to find peace and privacy. A counterweighted stair accesses the open sleeping loft, ideal for couples. The modern kitchen and shower room, comfortable sofas and wood burning stove make the cottage a cosy bolthole that is hard to leave but when you do, the sea and the coastal path are just one mile away.

Sunny Retreat Cottage
The Sunny Retreat Cottage can sleep up to four people in three bedrooms, plus another four in two very comfortable sofa beds in the large Cottage open living room space. There is also a very large deck overlooking your personal 1/3rd acre garden. This is a perfect location for self-catering retreats & workshops of all kinds with farm land all around and a view of the sea. Children, pets, minorities, LGBT are all welcome. The walls in the Cottage are all three feet thick giving a magical or even “Hansel and Grettel” feeling. The Cottage has wonderful views from inside and out on the large deck. There is one large main bathroom on the ground floor.
The Old Rectory
The Old Rectory can sleep up to 18 people in six bedrooms, with two large living rooms (each with double sofa beds) and a 2/3rd acre of garden to yourselves. This is a perfect location for self-catering retreats and workshops of all kinds with farm land all around and a view of the sea. Children, pets, minorities, LGBT are all welcome.
Enjoy this generous space with a Georgian dining room which seats up to 24. In the kitchen area there is a second table that seats five. All Bedrooms greet the morning sun and overlook the bay, mountain garden, and the pristine rolling landscape beyond. The Rectory also has five bathrooms including two en-suites.

The historic port town of Fishguard, location of the last invasion of Britain in 1797, has a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as daily ferries to Ireland. Children will love Ollie the Octopus at Ocean Lab and families can enjoy some quality fun together exploring by kayak from Lower Town Harbour or playing on Goodwick Sands. Fishguard makes a wonderful holiday destination at any time of the year.

Perched on a limestone cliff top, Fishguard town offers an array of independent shops and restaurants where locally-caught seafood is served. Wander down the winding hill and you will find Fishguard Lower Town. The historic fishing port has a small beach with a short tidal quay for fishing boats and pleasure craft. The calm waters are perfect for kayaking in or around the bay.
Quay Street Cottages
Nos.33 and 37 Quay Street self-catering Cottages in Lower Town, Fishguard, are a row of three listed stone-built fishermen’s cottages that have been sitting on the quayside, gazing southwards across the peaceful and picturesque old harbour, for some 300 years. All beautiful, fully-refurbished cottages less than ten minutes’ walk from Fishguard centre.
We’ve carefully renovated both of our cottages so that you get the best of both worlds – the original frontages and character, along with imaginative modern extensions and bright, fresh interiors that are finished to the highest standard.
James Hamilton House
The recently renovated school house, built originally c 1850 has a fascinating history. It now contains two double bedrooms, one twin and one family room and a large TV lounge/dining room with wonderful old beams. Fully-equipped kitchen. Outside patio with BBQ and garden furniture. There is free parking for one car, and dogs are welcome.
This property is conveniently close to the town centre and an ideal place to access the world famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Preseli Hills or take part in the frequent music festivals for which Fishguard is famous. This is a great place to stay for all kinds of coastal adventure, including dolphin watching, kayaking and coasteering.
