The Gourmet Pig began as an idea borne out of the need to find great local food and decent wine in our market town of Fishguard, Pembrokeshire. As a Farming family we really wanted to support local foods and especially make people aware that it’s not expensive to buy local good quality foods.

Try our unique deli sandwich menu themed around various countries and counties. Additionally we have a  range of unique pastries, quiches and pies, served with tasty soft drinks, local mineral water,  our renowned coffee or the newly added Waterloo artisan tea. Brunch, afternoon teas or all day Lunches are our specialty.

Bluestone Brewing Co Ltd.

Bluestone Brewing Co. is a micro brewery based on a working hill farm, situated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park close to the picturesque town of Newport in the heart of the Preseli Hills. We take our name from the Preseli Bluestone rock, the very same stone transported to Stonehenge 6500 years ago.

We brew with natural spring water which filters down through the organically-farmed land, through the rock strata, finally arriving in our well close to the brewery entrance. As beer is 98% water, the quality of Bluestone water gives our modern and diverse selection of hand-crafted ales a purity unique to this traditional brewing area of North Pembrokeshire.

7 Sins is proud to provide local cafes which is another outlet for her business and throughout this Summer has been overwhelmingly busy supplying them as well as signing up to a weekly market in Narberth.

Look out for Emma and 7 Sins deliciousness at upcoming festive fayres. We’re still amazed at the response to our brownies, blondies and rocky roads and often sell out!

West Street Sweets

We’re a family run business, located at No.8 West Street, Fishguard. For sweet lovers, West Street Sweets is a little treasure trove, filled with traditional favourites to modern delights. When you step in, you will soon feel a sense of nostalgia as you see the shelves filled with beautiful Victorian style jars, filled to the brim with some familiar old friends.

Chantler Teas

Chantler Teas are a Fishguard based company specialising in quality loose leaf tea and tea accessories. We offer a range of teas including our own blends of black tea, green tea, herbals, spiced chai, and rooibos. All our teas are ethically sourced and come from small, privately owned plantations. The tea comes in fully recyclable/ biodegradable packaging.

We have friendly and helpful staff. We are the right size supermarket with an in-store bakery and butcher. Our in-store butchery team produce amazing cuts for a Sunday roast – why not ask them for their advice? Of course, we carry a full range of grocery and dry goods, with lottery and pay point.
