The Hide is an off-grid Greener Camping Club site within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Relaxing sea walks, bird watching and stargazing are some of the attractions at The Hide’s unique location, surrounded by a woodland opening out into peaceful fields.

There is immediate access to the Coast Path and local amenities are reachable within few minutes driving. The Hide offers a relaxing camping experience on individual pitches equipped with a hot shower, clean composting toilet, kitchenette, and a campfire. If you want a luxury experience, choose glamping in our elegant bell tents.

The touring pitches have a choice of hardstanding and grass with optional electric hook up, table and fire-pit. We’re the closest site to Fishguard harbour for Stena Line ferry to Ireland and in easy reach of the famous Pembrokeshire coastal path.

Preseli Glamping is nestled in a peaceful wooded valley, 20-minute’s walk from Abermawr Beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, and 15-minutes drive from Fishguard. This is an ideal campsite from which to explore the wild North Pembrokeshire coast. Two hardstanding campervan pitches and fourteen spacious grass camping pitches, each with a picnic table, fire pit and grill (and some with sea views) are spread across a wildflower meadow. Shelter and privacy is provided by surrounding saplings. A fully furnished geodesic dome lies in a hide-away woodland clearing at the foot of the valley. A hand-picked selection of Pembrokehshire’s best boat trips and adventure activities (including coasteering, sea kayaking, surfing, climbing, canoeing, SUP-boarding and more) are available through neighbouring Preseli Venture.

Set on our four lake course fishery amongst the trees that attracts a wide variety of bird species, it’s a perfect place for unwinding, nature watching and stargazing on clear nights. (or even spending the day fishing).

Our non electric tent and campervan pitches are widely spaced around the site in lakeside positions in clearings amongst the trees.  For those who require electric, these five pitches are positioned set back from our general fishing lake with a grass foreshore, wild flowers abound and warblers sing in the willows.
