ABERJAZZ is a non-profit organisation in its 18th year. Funded mainly by the Arts Council of Wales, its main focus is a well-attended and friendly festival held annually in Fishguard, offering a diverse lineup of around thirty-five well known and upcoming Jazz & Blues acts over five days at key locations across the town.
The festival successfully creates income for musicians and those involved in the live event industry, and with further support from local sponsors, businesses and the community, the festival continues to grow with music and craft workshops, fringe events and a New Orleans style jazz parade becoming regular features. Concerts are also staged throughout the year, engaging audiences and volunteer involvement across all ages.
