Ein Hanes – Our History

Situated on the Market Square in Fishguard, a community run heritage centre for the twin towns, ‘Ein Hanes – Our History’, displays a host of material relating to the area that illustrates how our ancestors lived and made their mark on the world.

Visitors can browse several collections of old photographs and documents, particularly those relating to the arrival of the railway and the construction of the modern harbour. Donations are requested in lieu of an entrance charge, and we are grateful for regular support by subscription to the ‘Friends of Ein Hanes’.
